In this role, you'll provide high-quality training, assessment, and student support in accordance with ASQA and the Standards for RTOs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and assess units across Tiling, Bricklaying, Carpentry, Painting and JoineryDesign and run engaging training sessions, both face-to-face and onlinePrepare lesson plans, learning materials,



and assessment toolsRun practical training sessions that meet WHS requirementsTrack student progress and provide ongoing academic supportKeep training and assessment records accurate and up to dateTake part in validation and moderation meetingsMaintain compliance with ASQA, training package, and RTO requirementsStay current with industry developments and pursue ongoing professional developmentWhat You'll NeedA relevant trade qualification (Certificate III or higher)TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)Hands-on industry experienceSolid understanding of Australian construction standards and WHS requirementsVET sector training experience (preferred)Solid communication and organisational skillsConfidence working with both domestic and international studentsPay: $***** per hourWork Location: In person
