Australian Corporate Jet Centres Pty Ltd – Essendon VICThe Operations Officer will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of ACJC's aircraft.
This role will report to the Operations Manager Corporate Jets and Operations Manager Large Jets and work closely with the ACJC Operations team to ensure that all flights operate to required safety and commercial requirements and standards whilst delivering on customer requirements.Key responsibilitiesSupporting the Operations Managers (Corporate Jets and Large Jets) to manage all daily operations related to the ACJC fleetResponding to charter brokers and other customers seeking to charter ACJC aircraftPerforming all ground handling duties including aircraft towing marshalling and cleaning, catering, flight following, seeking Customs,



Immigration and Quarantine approvals and availability for international flightsEnsuring that the hangar and all office spaces are clean and are protected work environmentsChecking and maintaining all relevant company assets in support of aircraft operationsRegular updating of flight crew availability and rostering for required airframesLiaison as required with HAAMC to ensure the aircraft airworthiness and safety requirements are being metLiaison with external suppliers (e.g. Air Service Australia, FBOs, refuelling companies, catering companies, aircraft cleaning etc) to ensure each flight operates in a seamless manner consistent with planned operationsEnsuring that high quality client relationships and interactions are maintainedFulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/requiredAbout youHigh order customer relationship and management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet operational and other deadlinesOrganisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailConfident manner and high order communication skillsOperational knowledge related to aircraft operationsStrong understanding of aviation operations, safety management systems (SMS), and civil aviation legislationPrevious Corporate Aviation or Airline experience within an FBO and/or ground handling experience will be highly regarded
