Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU, ****What you'll be doingAtturra is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator/Manager to join our Cloud Business Solutions team in Canberra and apply their project management and coordination skills to a Federal Government project.You will support the management of multiple concurrent ICT application projects from initiation through to closure, in line with the client's project management methodology.We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovative technology and customer transformation.
The successful candidate will communicate effectively with diverse audiences, demonstrate strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, lead technical groups, and confidently manage critical customer issues.Due to project security requirements, you must already hold an active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance to be considered for this role.Responsibilities:Assist in facilitating the refinement and definition of project scope, based on the approved project brief and costing, with business and ICT teamsAssist in negotiating and manage access to and performance of ICT resources across a matrixed organisationPrepare project management artefacts including ICT Delivery Plan, Project Change Requests (where required), project status reports, project financial spend phasings and forecasts, risk register, issue register and change registerAssist on facilitating the review and approval of technical artefacts such as user/functional specificationsAssist regular project status meetings involving all Agency stakeholders; andAct as a point of contact for risks, issues and conflicts between ICT teams and between ICT and business.Working Conditions:Some On-site requiredPermanent / ContractActive NV1 Clearance a MUSTWhat will make you successful in this role?
Technical Expertise:4+ years of experience of Agile Project Delivery in Federal Government projects,



preferably in Law Enforcement related Federal Government AgenciesExperience in contract scope / scope managementExperience in building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and delivery teamsDemonstrated ability to promote continuous improvement of team environments using agile principlesExperience delivering applications with sound technical knowledgeDemonstrated ability to manage project objectives such as scope, budget and schedulesMust hold an already active AGSVA NV1 Security ClearanceHave effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technicalaudiencesAbility to effectively recognise and adapt tochangeAbility to work independently and in a teamenvironmentMust be able to communicate with and present to a variety of different audiences, andHave strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diversecommunity.Highly Desirable:PRINCE2 certification, PRINCE2 Agile certificationMSP CertificationOther relevant project management certificationsTechnological depth and breadth, tactical cross-skills and IP tools, we straddle the path between advice, implementation, and adoption.Why is this an exciting opportunity?
