What your day will look like:You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests, Check-in & Check-out of all guestYou will look after all hotel reservations & enquiries,



via phone & emailEfficiently work with other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operationsComplete daily shift checklist and tasks efficiently in a timely mannerYou will be responsible for the smooth operation of your shiftWhat the ideal candidate will have:Sound knowledge of Opera PMS (Opera Cloud)Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tech SavvyAbility to work independently & within a team environmentAbility to handle issues in calm manner - Think outside the boxAdvanced communication skillsWell organised, with excellent attention to detail & time managementAvailability to work Weekends / public holidays on a rotating roster both AM & PM - Approximately ***** hours per weekBe motivated and responsible & have a friendly & outgoing personalityMinimum 1yearexperience in a similar role
