This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is confident working across multiple areas of construction rather than being limited to one trade discipline.
You will be involved in a wide range of commercial projects including:Timber and metal stud framingInternal fit‐outsSuspended ceilings and bulkheadsDoor and hardware installationArchitectural wall and ceiling finishesAcoustic wall and ceiling panel installationsExternal cladding systemsFeature walls and bespoke finishesGeneral carpentry and site worksWorking from plans and coordinating with other tradesWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Qualified CarpenterMinimum 4 years construction experienceAbility to read and interpret plansStrong understanding of commercial construction practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhite CardDriver's LicenceOwn hand tools & power toolsReliable, punctual and takes pride in workmanshipHighly Regarded Experience in any of the following:External cladding systems (James Hardie, Cemintel, WPC systems, etc.)Commercial fit‐outsAcoustic wall and ceiling systemsTimber and metal stud framingSuspended ceiling systemsPlasterboard installationDoor installation and fit-offLeading small teams or supervising work areasWhat We OfferConsistent ongoing work 40+ hours per week availableOpportunity for permanent full time employmentVariety of projects across VictoriaSupportive and growing team environmentCareer progression opportunities into Leading Hand and Supervisory rolesExposure to specialised acoustic and architectural systemsWho This Role SuitsThis role suits an experienced tradesperson who enjoys working across multiple aspects of construction and wants to be part of a growing company.
