You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own client portfolio.Key responsibilitiesConducting WHS audits and gap analysesDeveloping and reviewing WHS management systems, policies and proceduresCompleting workplace inspections and risk assessmentsDelivering WHS training, workshops and toolbox talksAssisting clients with legislative compliance and Codes of PracticeIncident investigations and corrective action managementCoaching and supporting business leaders on WHS obligationsPreparing professional reports and recommendationsSupporting clients with ongoing continuous improvement initiativesAbout youCertificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher)Minimum 24 months' experience in a WHS-related roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesStrong computer and Microsoft Office skillsCurrent Australian Driver LicenceReturn to Work Coordinator experience or training (highly regarded)Workers' compensation or injury management experience (highly regarded)Experience conducting WHS audits (highly regarded)About usSafety Partners is one of Australia's leading WHS consulting teams.
