IntroductionAn exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Parts Interpreter to join our small team in Export Park, SA.The Spare Parts Interpreter will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and timely handling of all parts inquiries and quotesResponsible for providing outstanding customer support, coordinating parts orders, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate recordsThis position requires a high level of independence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholdersCommitted to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' needs are met with the highest level of professionalismDescriptionResponsibilitiesMonitor and promptly respond to phone and email inquiries from customersProvide accurate quotes for spare parts and obtain customer purchase ordersEnter customer orders, raise delivery dockets, stock transfers, and invoicesCoordinate with suppliers to order parts for internal and customer orders and arrange collection if necessaryGenerate spare parts invoices on a weekly basis and reconcile outstanding ordersProcess warranty claims with suppliers and coordinate the receipt of replacement partsRequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role,
