As the Investment arm of the group grows, a Financial Accountant is needed to focus on Trust and Investment Accounting across its complex entities and structures.CULTURE + BENEFITS$95,000-$100,000 + SuperFlexible working arrangements - Hybrid working modelStrong discounts across bands within the groupExcellent career progression with direct exposure to significant stakeholdersRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDEComplex investment accounting across various trust and investment structures.Take ownership of month-end and quarter-end management reporting for several entities within the businessWork directly with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders, presenting and providing insightful reporting and financial analysisCash flow management, tracking and forecasting, as well as investment reconciliations and variance management.Support team members in tax compliance duties, including statutory reporting, Income Tax reconciliations.SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.3+ years' experience in accounting, with preference for Investment Accounting experienceCA/CPA qualified (or close to completion)Robust proficiency in reporting, cash flow management and statutory tax complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Xero, highly skilled in Excel
