Based out of the head office in Flemington, a position exists for an Accounts Payable officer to assist with the provision of services to the Victorian Country Racing Clubs in a shared services environment.
This exciting and challenging opportunity will see you contribute to the financial sustainability of the industry by delivering accurate and timely Accounts support to entities participating in CRV's Shared Services Initiative.Key responsibilitiesTimely and accurate processing of creditor invoices for multiple entitiesTimely and accurate payment of suppliersTimely and accurate raising of invoices for external customersAssist in completion of bank reconciliationsEnsure the integrity of accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank functionsPreparation of ad-hoc reports and tasks as requiredAbout youStrong communication skills and the ability to thrive under a high volume processing environmentRelevant experience in bank reconciliations, accounts payable and/or receivableExperience using Netsuite is highly desirableValid Australian work rights are required for this positionAbout usCountry Racing Victoria (CRV) represents 52 professional and 12 picnic racing clubs throughout Victoria, with the objective of generating a profitable and sustainable business through the delivery of a 'great day out' to our members and consumers.
