Forks4U is seeking a motivated Service Scheduler to join our team.
This role is responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatch of all service bookings, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of customer service and that all service requests are fulfilled in a timely and productive manner.Key responsibilities:Manage the scheduling and dispatch of service technicians to customer locationsRespond to customer service requests in a prompt and professional mannerMaintain and update customer information in our booking systemMonitor and manage the status of service requests to ensure that they are resolved in a timely mannerCommunicate effectively with clients, technicians,



and management to ensure that all parties are informed of service updatesIdentify and resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate the rescheduling of appointments as necessaryHandle customer complaints and elevate to management when appropriateContinuously monitor and evaluate our service booking process, making recommendations for improvement as necessaryRequirements:2+ years of experience in a service scheduling or dispatch roleStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at onceKnowledge of scheduling and dispatch software is a plusWe offer a competitive salary, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
