If you have a great attitude, excellent customer rapport, and a sharp eye for detail, you will fit right in with our team to deliver top-tier services in a fast-paced commercial setting.Key responsibilitiesSit down with every client, chat about what they're looking for, and give solid advice on the best style and products for their hairCut men's hair using scissors, clippers, and razors to deliver classic cuts, sharp skin fades and tapersHandle hot towels, shaves, and beard trims, ensuring everything is shaped up perfectly and kept totally clean and hygienicMix and apply colors, bleaches, or texturizers whenever a client wants to change up their look or try a new styleWash hair, condition scalps,



and give clients a relaxing head massage before they get into the chairHelp clients style their hair, whether that means molding it into place, braiding it, or working with different texturesEnsure the chair, tools, and clippers are always spotless and sanitized before the next person sits downHelp out at the front desk by booking appointments, welcoming clients as they walk through the door, and handling the tillAbout youMust hold a formal Diploma in HairdressingRelevant, hands-on shop experience in a high-volume hair salon or barbershop environmentStrong proficiency in advanced hair design, precise scissor work, and clean clipper techniquesExceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to build rapport with local clients
