AUSTCORP is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operational Support Officer to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Townsville team.
This is a wide-ranging role where you will assist with the day-to-day coordination of the office and operational requirements, helping ensure the business continues to run efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and updating spreadsheets, registers and filing systemsProviding general office and administrative supportAssisting with job sheets and operational documentationManaging document compliance and ensuring records are kept up to dateOrdering stock, monitoring inventory and completing material reconciliationsCoordinating accommodation bookings for staffOrdering PPE,



office supplies and operational consumables as requiredAssisting with reception and general enquiriesSupporting the day-to-day running of the officeWorking closely with the operational team to ensure administrative requirements are completed efficiently and accuratelyAbout YouPrevious construction administration experience is advantageous but not essential.
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident managing multiple tasks in a busy operational environment.
You will ideally have:Strong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systemsThe ability to work independently as well as part of a teamA proactive approach and willingness to assist where requiredPrevious administration experience, preferably within construction, infrastructure or a similar industry
