You will be working in our well equipped workshop located in Scoresby, Victoria, learning the trade and gaining valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of joinery and cabinet making.




This is a full-time role with structured training and mentorship to help you develop your skills and become a qualified tradesperson.What you'll be doingAssisting with the fabrication and installation of high-quality joinery and custom cabinetryLearning to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsDeveloping proficiency in the use of hand and power toolsGaining experience in workshop operations, material selection, and quality controlCompleting an accredited Carpentry or Cabinet Making apprenticeship programParticipating in on-the-job training and mentoring to expand your skillsetWhat we're looking forA keen interest in joinery, carpentry, and cabinet makingGood hand-eye coordination and attention to detailThe ability to follow instructions and work as part of a teamA positive attitude and willingness to learnReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicTEAM & BENEFITSThis is a permanent, full time role where you'll become a key part of the team - not just another number.We're a down-to-earth bunch who take pride in what we do, support each other, and enjoy the ride along the way.
