Knowledge of various specialty & equipment brewing methods including cold brew and advanced filter techniques.Previous experience in or interest in roasting coffee is an advantage.Full Australian Work Rights Required.Tasks & responsibilitiesOpen and dial in the coffee station.Service of Speciality Coffee to recipe in volume.Brew cold brew coffee and batch filters to a recipe.Craft and brew cold and batch Chai to a recipe.Consult and advise clients on retail coffee and paraphernalia.Close and clean the coffee station to requirements.Candidates must be available to work most weekends as part of the regular schedule.Work in a stable, progressive setting with state of the art coffee equipment, seasonal beans and people of excellent ability.
