Our educators create warm, respectful relationships with children and work collaboratively to provide engaging, play-based learning experiences.About the roleAs an educator at Kin, you will:Build warm, responsive relationships with children and familiesSupport the delivery of meaningful, child-led learning experiencesContribute to a safe, welcoming and inclusive environmentWork collaboratively with your room team and service leadershipSupport children's agency, wellbeing and sense of belongingContribute to observations, planning and reflective practiceMaintain high standards of supervision, health, safety and complianceWhat we are looking forYou will have:A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively working towards an approved qualificationA current NSW Working with Children CheckA genuine passion for working with young childrenA strong understanding of child safety and active supervisionA positive,



reliable and collaborative approachThe ability to build respectful relationships with children, families and colleaguesCurrent first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis qualifications, or a willingness to obtain themA sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality StandardWhy join Kin?
