DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out general labouring dutiesMaintenance of public amenities and roadside furnitureMaintenance of public toilets and rubbish binsReport identified weedsOperate plant and vehicles, maintaining and servicing as requiredOperate and maintain small items of plant such as vibrators, concrete saws, concrete mixers, pumps, mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers etc.Knowledge and ability to use trade toolsInstall regulatory and other signage in accordance with project documentation and relevant standardsUndertake basic concrete works, including setup of formworkRead and interpret basic plans and instructionsUndertake traffic control and implement traffic control plans as requiredParticipate in toolbox and team meetingsPerform all tasks in accordance with appropriate technical standards,

ABILITIES, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Demonstrated experience performing general labouring duties, including concrete works and the ability to maintain small plant.Sound level of literacy, numeracy and oral communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment under minimal supervisionSound understanding of and commitment to EEO and WHS principles and practices.
