Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll provide consistent, person-centred care in a 24/7 environment, helping customers achieve their goals in a home-like setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance with personal care, including bathing/showering, feeding, dressing, grooming, bowel and catheter care, and manual handlingAssist with daily living tasks such as cleaning, assist with meals and household routinesSupport customers to build life skills and independenceFacilitate community access and social participationMedication assistance,
