Manage customer communication via phone and email, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring enquiries are followed through to resolutionProcess and deliver customer orders handed over from the sales team, including mobiles, NBN, SIP, mobile applications and hosted phone systemsSet up, provision and customise customer solutions, including mobile porting, activations and phone systemsCoordinate technicians, equipment,



vendors and suppliers to ensure customer installations and orders run smoothlyRun customer training sessions and provide support across company systems and productsMaintain accurate customer records, CRM systems and internal databases, as well as processing invoices through XeroSupport the wider team with general office administration and keeping the day-to-day office running smoothlyWhat do you need?
