You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every visit - whether in person or over the phone - is welcoming, productive, and stress-free.Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting clients and managing the flow of pets and people through the clinicScheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate recordsProviding clear, compassionate communication and support to clientsAssisting with administrative tasks, marketing support,
