Working within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, you'll have the opportunity to be cross‐trained across multiple operational areas while supporting production, packaging and rework activities.Please note: This is a casual on‐call opportunity with shifts offered based on operational requirements and production demand.What's In It For You?

packaging or warehouse environmentsMachine operating experience highly regardedStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsA willingness to learn and work across multiple operational areasThe physical capability to perform repetitive manual handling and lift products up to 25kg+The ability to stand for extended periods throughout a shiftReliable transport and flexibility to accept shifts as requiredA positive attitude, robust work ethic and team-focused approachImportant InformationThis is a casual on-call position with shifts varying based on production requirementsThere are no guaranteed weekly hours and shift availability may fluctuate from week to weekCandidates must be comfortable working within a facility that manufactures alcoholic beveragesSuccessful applicants will be cross-trained across multiple production, packaging and rework areasSteel cap boots and high-visibility clothing are requiredCandidates must be physically capable of repetitive manual handling and lifting up to 25kg+Hairnets, gloves and other site PPE must be worn where requiredA police check will be required prior to commencement (funded by Manpower)Attendance at a mandatory site walk-through is required before startingJoin a dynamic manufacturing environment where no two shifts are the same.
