We have two positions available for Bottleshop attendants at our Liquor Legends retail outlets.
Both are casual positions and will require the candidate to be available to work both nights and weekends.
Total weekly hours approx ***** hours per weekOn the job training provided, however retail experience and a knowledge of alcoholic beverages essential.
Ability to learn the Point of Sale software and some heavy lifting is involved to fulfill the required duties.Strong customer service experience and the ability to troubleshoot and work independently is essential.Skills and QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skillsBasic cash handling and point-of-sale experienceKnowledge of alcoholic products is helpfulAbility to work in a quick-paced retail environmentGood attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to lift and move cartons or stock safelyUnderstanding of responsible service of alcohol requirementsFlexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidaysPreferred RequirementsPrevious experience in retail or hospitalityRSA or equivalent alcohol service certification, depending on local lawsConfidence in upselling and product recommendations
