We are seeking an experienced and professional Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team at Pomare Dental Group in Leichhardt, NSW.
This is a part-time (3 days per week) that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of our dental practice.The part-time position offers scheduling across 3 days per week to accommodate work-life balance.
Our hours are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break with Monday, Tuesday and Friday as your rostered days.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and qualified mannerScheduling appointments and managing the dental practice's appointment bookProcessing patient payments and maintaining accurate financial recordsAnswering and managing incoming phone callsMaintaining a clean and organised reception areaProviding administrative support to the dental team as requiredWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a dental,



medical or allied health receptionist or in a similar customer service roleMinimum of 6 months reception or front desk experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent patient careProficient in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office suiteExcellent organisation and time management skillsA genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient serviceAustralian citizenship or Permanent Residency required for this positionWhat we offerAt Pomare Dental Group, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
