Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations and Standards Food experience in a quick-paced fast-food environment Time Management Main Responsibilities Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe Prepping various ingredients such as fish, chicken Collaborating with the Cook to prepare meals.
Cooking and presenting meals as per the recipes Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep are and kitchen is cleaned and sanitized at the end of each shift.




Update the stock records.
Rotate and use stock as per procedures.
Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures Communicate to Cook stock levels.
