The successful applicant will have the skills and patience to build trust, provide structure, and encourage independence while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and daily living assistance where requiredProvide behaviour management to ensure participants safetySupport emotional wellbeing person-centred approachesFacilitate community access and social engagementAdminister and prompt medication as per care planMaintain accurate shift notes and follow support plansAbout YouExperience working with individuals with disabilities and behaviour managementReliable, empathetic, and able to maintain skilled boundariesFlexible availability, including weekend shiftsCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Current working with children checks (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Current Australian Driver Licence & reliable vehicleDesirable (not compulsory)Cert III/IV in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, or related fieldMental Health First AidWhy Work for us?
