As a Car Park Team Member, You Will:
Deliver exceptional customer service across Car Park and Valet servicesAssist customers with parking enquiries, payments, lost tickets and valet servicesWelcome customers on arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impressionSupport traffic flow and valet operations to ensure a safe and seamless customer experienceSafely operate buggies, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a safe environment for customers
You'll Be Excellent for This Role If You:
Love helping people and creating memorable experiencesBring a friendly,



enthusiastic and positive approach to every interactionConfidently engage with customers in a fast-paced and busy environmentEnjoy working as part of a team to deliver exceptional serviceHold a current provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Automatic)
A full open driver's licence (Manual, Automatic or International) is required for team members operating in Valet services.
To be successful in this role, you must be available to work from September through to January, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Full availability throughout November and December will be highly regarded.
This is a fixed-term contract that concludes on 31 January ****.
