This role will cover a number of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of our shop floors, including:
Support store operations
Customer service excellence
Team leadership
Support the Store Manager with day to day operations
Stock management
Handling customer complaints and queries
Contribute towards colleagues training across the store

Goes above and beyond for our customers and your team
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Has a hands on approach to problem solving
Has a passion for retail
