and team-oriented cultureGreat job security with an ASX-listed and stable organisationDaily TasksOperate side sit down high reach forklifts in a chiller orfreezerenvironmentLoad/unload stock and stack pallets safely and efficientlyConduct quality control and accuracy checksPick and pack using RF scannersPerform manual handling tasks (lifting, pushing, pulling up to 20 kg)Support in machine operation and general process tasksEnsure labels are accurate and meet customer and compliance requirementsMaintain a clean and safe workspaceIdentify and elevate any food safety or quality issuesYou will bring to this roleA valid forklift license with at least 3 continuous years of experience operating forklifts in warehousing or freezer environmentsProven experience operating side sit down high reach forklifts (essential)Physically fit and capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks in cold environmentsStrong work ethic and ability to follow processes and safety standardsPositive team player attitude and good communication skillsWe're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous and committed to join us.
