You will provide person-centred support to participants in community settings and in-home environments, helping individuals with complex needs to achieve goals while promoting independence, dignity and quality of life.Applicants should have at least 6 months experience in disability support, a relevant certificate, First Aid, NDIS screening, and a willingness to work a rotating roster
