As a company, we are going from strength to strength, continuing to expand and grow across Australia and New Zealand.As an experience Storeperson, you will love this diverse role and relish the prospect to work with new colleagues in our dedicated Parts warehouse at Ravenhall.In your new role, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team with strong leadership, focused on safety and excellence in all that they do.From a day to day perspective, you'd be undertaking the following:Unload and load transportation vehicles/ carrier/ shipping containersReceive, check, and pack stock/ sales orders for outbound transit/ delivery (with a focus on minimising part damage and freight costs)Assist with inventory cycle counts and/ or stocktakesPlanning and completing stock movements to maximise warehouse storageMaintain records and undertake reporting as well as operation of a warehouse freight management systemUndertaking a wide range of warehouse maintenance dutiesFocusing on safety in all that you doRequirementsTo be successful,



your experience and background would look something like:MHE - Current valid Work Safety Forklift Driver and Stock Picker LicenseRecent Storeperson employment experience in a warehousing and distribution environment (desirable, with a particular focus on handling service parts)Sound knowledge of warehousing and distribution practicesBasic understanding of service parts.
That is, a basic level of mechanical knowledge (desirable)Experience safely using basic hand and power toolsExperience using an RF scanner equipmentCapable of undertaking manual handling tasks, including lifting, bending, etcProven organisational skills and attention to detailWell developed conceptual and practical problem solving skillGreat communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to complete tasks safely and in accordance with OHS, COR relevant laws, policy and proceduresIntermediate computing skills, including warehouse management system preferably SAP experience (WMS) (desirable)IMPORTANT TO NOTE:Kubota have a zero tolerance approach to alcohol and illicit drugs on all our sites.
