You will embody the Carolina Herrera aesthetic, bringing the brand to life through artistry, storytelling, and elevated service.This role offers a minimum of 25 hours per week,
with flexibility required across retail trading hours.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver personalised makeup consultations and professional application services tailored to each customerEducate customers on product features, benefits, and application techniquesAchieve sales targets through expert recommendations and relationship-buildingBuild and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-upSupport and execute counter activations, events, and promotional activitiesMaintain impeccable hygiene standards and visual merchandising presentationCollaborate with store teams, Account Managers, and Head Office to drive business outcomesContinuously develop product knowledge and artistry skills through trainingAbout YouPrevious experience in beauty retail, with a strong focus on makeup artistryFormal training in makeup (desirable) or demonstrable practical experiencePassion for beauty, artistry, and delivering premium customer experiencesStrong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationshipsCommercial awareness with an understanding of sales targets and performance metricsProactive, collaborative and adaptable approachFlexibility to work across a diverse retail rosterBenefits & CultureVery competitive hourly rate of payOpportunities for career development and growthCollaborative team environmentOpportunity to work with global Luxury brands
