$32 - $***** per hour, depending on experienceFully maintained company vehiclePaid overtime and applicable allowancesFull-time permanent roleSpecialist restoration trainingOpportunity to gain industry-recognised IICRC qualificationsClear career progressionSupport from experienced managersVaried, hands-on work across different sites and projectsJoin an established and growing national restoration businessThe RoleWhen properties are affected by water, fire, mould and other damage, Steamatic helps homes and businesses get back to normal.You'll work across a variety of restoration and remediation projects while also taking responsibility for coordinating a small crew on site.Your work will include:Water damage mitigation and structural dryingFire and smoke damage restorationMould remediationSpecialist property and contents cleaningLeading and coordinating team members on siteAllocating work and keeping jobs movingMaintaining quality and safety standardsCommunicating with customers and clientsCompleting job notes,



photos and documentationSupporting and developing less experienced team membersWhat We're Looking ForRestoration experience would be ideal, particularly across water, fire, mould or remediation.But we're also very interested in people coming from:Building or constructionInsurance repairsProperty or facilities maintenanceCommercial or industrial cleaningCarpet cleaningOther practical, hands-on field rolesYou don't need to tick every box.What matters is that you're practical, reliable, good with people and comfortable taking responsibility for a crew and the job in front of you.You'll also need:Current driver's licencePrevious experience leading, supervising or coordinating othersStrong customer service and communication skillsGood attention to detailA hands-on approach and good physical fitnessStrong safety awarenessConfidence using basic technology and mobile applicationsWillingness to learn and developIICRC qualifications and previous restoration experience are highly regarded, but not essential for the right person.
