LocationElanora Heights, NSW, AustraliaRole PurposeThe Disability Support Worker role at CPA exists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities.
You will play a vital role in empowering clients to live as independently as possible, by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing, dignity and quality of life.About the ClientsCPA are seeking a Disability Support Worker to support clients at a SIL home in Elanora Heights.Role OverviewYour role is focused on providing support to clients in a domestic setting (in the home).
You will make a meaningful difference through supporting clients with daily living needs such as cooking and mealtimes and helping with cleaning & general household tasks.
You will also provide personal care to clients in a respectful and dignified manner, administer medication, and support clients to move around the house through manual handling and the use of specialised equipment such as hoists.
