THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our Brisbane Airport team.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the effective and effective day-to-day operation of our airport business.
You will lead and motivate our Sales Crew, drive shift sales and KPI performance, and ensure we consistently deliver a world-class standard of customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to further develop their leadership and management capabilities within a global luxury travel retailer.

Proven experience and a successful track record within a fast-paced retail environmentStrong knowledge and understanding of retail operations and customer serviceStrong numerical and commercial ability, with an understanding of sales KPIs and budgetsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsConfidence to coach, motivate and support team membersWillingness to undertake and successfully complete the RSA online course
