We are seeking compassionate, resilient, and skilled Support Workers to join our growing team.
This role involves supporting participants with complex needs to achieve their goals while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to participants living in community settings, and in-home environments.
You will work with individuals who have complex support needs and require confident, proactive, and skilled care.To be considered for this role, you must have:A minimum of 6months experience working in the disability support sector.Must have full availabilityDemonstrated experience supporting participants with complex needs, including:DementiaPersonal CareStrong understanding of person-centred and trauma-informed support practices.Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations.Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends,



evenings and sleepovers.Qualifications & ComplianceApplicants must hold or be willing to obtain:Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or a related qualification.Current First Aduit and CPR Certificate.NDIS Worker Screening Check.Working with Children Check (where required).
Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.Current National Police Check (if required).
