Doucas Dental is seeking ahighly skilled and experienced General Dentistto join our established family dental practice in Midland, WA.
With a proud40+ year history, we have a loyal long‐term patient base, a busy clinical setting and an experienced team of dental assistants and administration staff.

We are a preferred provider withHBF and CBHSand have established policies and procedures supporting high standards of clinical care.
Our practice is conveniently located inMidland, opposite a major shopping centre, with easy access to the northern suburbs.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a dentist with5+ years of overall experience, includingat least 2–3 years of clinical experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of treatment, with a particularly strong patient base requiring:
Implant dentistry
Veneers and cosmetic dentistry
Crowns and bridges
Prosthodontics
Restorative and general dentistry
Experience in implants and comprehensive cosmetic dentistry will be highly regarded.
Remuneration
40% commission




Sliding‐scale incentive structure based on performance and production
Potential to earn approximately $300,000–$500,000 per year for the right candidate, depending on performance and production
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication and a patient‐centred approach.
You should be comfortable managing a busy schedule, working collaboratively with an experienced team and taking ownership of comprehensive treatment planning and patient care.
A commitment to continuing education and preventative dentistry is also expected.
