Greencross Vets Chandlers is looking for an experienced and passionate Practice Manager to lead our team and help drive the continued success of our well-established clinic.

A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing is highly desirable, along with previous leadership or management experience within a veterinary environment.

About the Role
As Practice Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the clinic team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching, and supporting the veterinary nursing and reception teams
Driving a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
Managing clinic operations and workflow
Supporting rostering, workforce planning, and recruitment activities
Monitoring clinic performance and implementing initiatives to drive success
Working closely with the Vet Director and regional leadership team
Supporting client experience and service excellence
Maintaining compliance and operational standards
Assisting with inventory, administration, and business processes
Driving team engagement, development, and retention
Supporting ongoing growth initiatives within the clinic
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager or an experienced senior nurse looking to step into a leadership-focused role.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous Practice Management or veterinary leadership experience
Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (highly desirable)
Has a strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations
Is passionate about developing and supporting people
Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
Has strong business and operational acumen




Is confident managing competing priorities in a busy workplace
Leads with positivity, empathy, and accountability
Is solutions-focused and proactive
Enjoys building strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys helping teams succeed and creating a workplace culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
