Pre Delivery & Stock Operations CoordinatorWe are looking for an experienced Stock Controller and Operations Coordinator who can bring order, accuracy and momentum to our vehicle preparation and stock management processes.
You will be the person who keeps everything moving: vehicles, information, suppliers, workshop jobs and delivery timelines.This is a hands-on, highly cooperative role working with sales, workshop, detailers, suppliers and administration.
Your coordination skills directly influence customer satisfaction, stock accuracy and dealership performance.Key responsibilitiesManage the entire vehicle preparation workflow from trade-in to displayCoordinate workshop repairs, detailing, inspections and supplier workTrack vehicle progress, resolve delays and maintain accurate recordsReconcile stock, investigate discrepancies and maintain complianceManage incoming vehicles,
