About the role:
RSM's Corporate Finance teams are a growing part of a strong business. Graduate vacancies have arisen in the Transactions and Modelling teams.
This graduate role will commence in February ****, however there may an opportunity for an early start depending on the candidate.
Preparation of valuations;
Assignment file administration and management;
Capital raising, including preparation of Independent Accountant's Report;
Independent Expert Reports for ASIC and ASX purposes;
Financial modelling and forecasting;
Financial investigation and due diligence;
Expert witness reports for litigation; and
Analysis of company financials.

About you:

Essential
Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major




Completed degree or scheduled to complete by December ****
Desirable
General knowledge of corporations law

DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

Strong Communication Skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Previous work experience in Professional Services
