quality and continuous improvement.Shift Pattern12-hour rotating shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm - 6:00am)84 hours per fortnightRotating roster:2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days offRotate fortnightly between day and night shiftsTwo full weekends off per monthKey ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor and adjust beverage filling and packaging machineryMaintain production flow by ensuring materials and packaging supplies are availableTroubleshoot basic equipment issues and elevate where requiredSupport line changeovers and minor preventative maintenance activitiesEnsure product quality through adherence to GMP and hygiene processesAlways follow all workplace health and safety requirementsSkills & ExperienceExperience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging or beverage environment (preferred)Experience operating production, packaging or manufacturing equipment (preferred)Mechanically minded with the ability to troubleshoot production issuesStrong focus on safety, quality and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamUnderstanding of GMP, HACCP or food safety processes (desirable)A forklift licence is not required, but will be considered advantageousPre-employment RequirementsFull working rights in AustraliaAbility to complete a pre-employment medical assessmentCurrent driver's licence and reliable transport required
