You will deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care that supports residents' dignity, independence and quality of life.Key responsibilitiesAssess residents' clinical needs and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plansAdminister medications safely and monitor their effectivenessConduct clinical assessments, monitor vital signs and report changes in residents' conditionsIdentify and respond appropriately to clinical deteriorationCollaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, care workers and other members of the multidisciplinary teamMaintain accurate and timely clinical notes and resident recordsCommunicate respectfully with residents and their families regarding care needs and treatment plansProvide wound care, catheter management and other clinical procedures as requiredSupport and supervise personal care workers and other care team membersFollow infection prevention and control proceduresMaintain a safe, respectful and hygienic environment for residents and staffEnsure care is delivered in accordance with facility policies,
