It's a hands-on, high-exposure role for someone early in their finance career who wants to learn from experienced analysts while working on real, operationally complex numbers.A day in the life:Supporting monthly, quarterly,



and annual budgeting and forecasting cyclesAssisting with month-end close and consolidationsBuilding variance analysis with commentary for business leadersMaintaining recurring reports and KPI trackersHelping prepare materials for leadership and management reportingPartnering with stakeholders across divisions to gather inputs and respond to requestsRunning ad hoc analysis (cost trends, headcount planning)Contributing ideas to improve reporting processes as the business scalesGet involved in AI initiatives across the functionAbout you:Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field0–2 years' experience in finance, management accounting, or an analytical roleStrong Excel skills (pivots, lookups, basic modeling)Sharp attention to detail and comfort with recurring deadlinesGood communicator, confident working with non-finance stakeholdersGenuine interest in building a long term career in a global businessNice to Have:SAP or similar ERP exposureBasic SQL or BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau)
