We strive to provide excellent service to our clients with a reputation built on integrity, excellent communication and ongoing customer service.About the roleThe successful applicant will be working within our Property Management Team and will demonstrate:A skilled manner and integrity to reflect our reputation and ethicsA professional appearanceProven experience in a client-focused roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organisational and time management skillsAbility to be a team playerIn this role you will:Work within the Property Management Team in managing their portfoliosCommunicate effectively with landlords, tenants and trade suppliersAction repairs and maintenance issuesConduct ingoing and outgoing inspectionsConduct lease preparationsConduct regular rent and lease reviewsA current Driver's Licence is essential and experience in Property Management with a current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence is a definite advantage.
