Centrally located in Beenleigh, our head office services Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Ipswich areas.

Candidates with a background in construction administration, scheduling, insurance, or customer service will have a distinct advantage.

The ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of two years' experience in a administration role.Ability to communicate effectively – both written and verbally.A positive and friendly "can do" approach to life and work.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Fast and enthusiastic learner.Extremely reliable and dependable.Well presented with a keen eye for detail.Excellent and professional phone manner.Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to show empathy and compassion.Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Current and valid driver's license.Ability to provide a criminal history check.
Your day-to-day duties will include:




Liaising with owners and insurers to advise on updates with their claimAssist our assessors, contractors, trades, and suppliersAdministration duties such as data entry, scheduling bookings, and customer queriesMaintaining our shared inbox, updating customer portals, and quote creationAdhering to KPIsAssisting with report writingAnswering, screening, and directing incoming calls (multi-line phone system)Processing incoming and outgoing mail and emailsPrepare and submit causation reportsCreate and submit damaged inventory lists
Required skills and experience:
Solid written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyHigh level of customer service skills, including a professional telephone mannerExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to work well within a team or independentlyAbility to problem-solve and adapt to rapidly changing situationsExperience within the insurance building/insurance claims industry is highly advantageousPrime Ecosystem experience is desirable, however not necessary as training will be provided
