Individual Support/Health Trainer & AssessorAxiom College is seeking an experienced and passionate Individual Support/Health Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team in Rockhampton, Queensland.
This is a full-time position, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality vocational education and training within the Individual Support/Health sector.
In this role, you will support students to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to achieve successful outcomes and become job-ready for the industry.
You will play a key role in delivering engaging training and assessment, maintaining compliance with vocational education standards, and fostering positive student engagement and completion rates across both classroom and workplace learning environments.
As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will contribute to the continued growth and success of our training programs while helping students achieve their career goals.Key responsibilitiesDeliver engaging, interactive, and industry-relevant training sessions in Individual Support and HealthConduct both classroom-based and workplace training and assessmentProvide individual mentoring and tailored support to studentsAssess student work in accordance with RTO standards and provide constructive, timely feedbackMaintain accurate training and assessment records in line with compliance requirementsCollaborate with the broader training team to continuously improve course delivery and student outcomesStay current with industry developments, best practice, and regulatory changesAbout youHold a TAE*****,
