We're seeking an experienced, patient and adaptable educator to join a supportive family and make a genuine difference in a child's everyday life.Working closely with the parents, who are home and actively involved, and alongside the family's therapy team, you'll provide engaging, child-led experiences that encourage learning, confidence and independence.Success in this role comes from building trust, remaining calm and flexible,



and adapting your approach to meet the child's individual needs.This is a physically active position suited to an educator who enjoys thinking on their feet and values solid, collaborative relationships.Experience with, or a willingness to learn about, Autism, ADHD and anxiety is highly valued.
DRIVING REQUIRED
You must:
Either be working towards or hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board.
Provide at least 3 references.
Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
Have a car & driver's licence
Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
Full working rights in Australia.
