Carers Collective is looking for a motivated Quality & Compliance Assistant to join our team and develop a strong foundation in NDIS quality, compliance, governance and continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to build a long-term career in the sector, with a clear progression pathway from Quality & Compliance Assistant to Quality & Compliance Officer.About the RoleAs a Quality & Compliance Assistant, you will support the organisation to maintain high standards of quality, compliance and participant-centred practice.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting internal audits and quality reviewsAssisting with NDIS compliance and Practice StandardsSupporting incident reporting and follow-up processesCollecting, analysing and maintaining quality dataAssisting with risk identification and risk managementSupporting complaints and feedback processesMaintaining quality and compliance documentationAssisting with Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP)Supporting governance and quality initiativesWorking collaboratively with support staff, participants, families and stakeholdersAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is:Highly organised and detail-orientedPassionate about quality and continuous improvementCurious, proactive and willing to learnConfident communicating with a range of peopleAble to analyse information and identify trends or areas of concernComfortable working with policies,
procedures and documentationA strong problem solver with excellent attention to detailInterested in developing their leadership and professional skillsCommitted to person-centred practice and positive participant outcomesInterested in building a long-term career in quality, compliance and practicePrevious experience in NDIS, disability, community services, healthcare, administration, quality or compliance will be highly regarded, but we are also interested in candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.Certificate or diploma in business administration, health services, or a related fieldPrevious experience in an administrative or compliance-related role, ideally within the disability sectorStrong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detailExperience in data collection and reportingKnowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards FrameworkExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and support a diverse teamWhy Join Carers Collective?
