It's ideally suited to someone early in their career who is looking to build long‐term capability within a professional environment.The RoleWorking closely with the Director, you will:Manage diary coordination, appointments and confirmationsFollow up clients to obtain outstanding documentationReschedule meetings and maintain workflow momentumExtract client data from CRM systems and upload into internal platformsOn‐boarding of new clients and implementation of processesVerify accuracy of client informationSend research requests to the advice teamAttend meetings and take structured file notes when requiredSupport the smooth day‐to‐day running of client processesAbout YouYou will ideally have 1–3 years' experience within a qualified services environment.
