Based in Gympie and servicing the Fraser Coast and surrounding regions, we deliver high-quality air conditioning and refrigeration solutions across residential and commercial sectors.About the RoleWe are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to support our sales and installation teams.This is an office‐based role that plays a key part in keeping our sales enquiries and installation workflow running smoothly.
You'll manage incoming enquiries, support the quoting process, coordinate installations, and ensure customers receive clear communication and a high level of service from start to finish.This is a fast‐paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, confident on the phone, and able to manage multiple jobs at once.
Experience in a trade or service‐based environment will be highly regarded.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online formsCoordinate and schedule site visits, quotes,



and installation jobsSupport the quoting process and follow up to convert workAct as the key link between customers, sales, and techniciansEnsure jobs are fully prepared prior to installation (materials, details, access)Monitor job progress and keep customers and internal teams updatedMaintain accurate records in CRM and assist with invoicing and general adminAbout YouYou will ideally have:Experience in sales, internal sales, or customer serviceExperience in a trade, construction, or service-based business (highly regarded)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentClear and skilled communication skillsA proactive, problem‐solving mindset with strong follow‐throughAbility to stay calm under pressure and work well with a teamSystems & TechnologyExperience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly advantageous)Ability to manage pipelines and maintain accurate customer recordsConfident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)What We OfferA stable role within a well-established, respected local businessA supportive team environmentA varied role with responsibility and autonomyCompetitive remuneration based on experienceLong‐term career opportunity within TSR
