You will be responsible for coordinating dispatch activities, managing transport bookings, overseeing pallet movements and providing exceptional customer service to ensure on-time delivery performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage CHEP and LOSCAM pallet movements, reconciliations and claimsPrepare and maintain DIFOT, POD and pallet performance reportingAnalyse logistics data and provide insights to support operational performanceProcess customer orders, shipments and invoices through Oracle ERPMonitor stock availability and coordinate order fulfilmentLiaise with customers, transport providers and internal teams regarding deliveries, stock issues and service updatesBuild and maintain robust relationships with customers and key stakeholdersAbout YouExperience in customer service, logistics, transport coordination or warehouse administrationExperience in FMCG, manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment (preferred)ERP system experience, preferably OracleStrong communication, customer service and stakeholder management skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent organisation, time management and attention to detailA proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamWhy Join Baxters Foods?
