We take pride in offering barefoot luxury, ensuring unforgettable moments for both guests and staff in our stunning coastal paradise.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage nightly resort operations between 9pm - 7am (Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue) with 3 days off togetherVerify revenue from all sources is accurately balanced, follow up on any discrepanciesPost any transactions neededPerform end-of day proceduresProduce daily reports for departments and department heads - Compile and run statistical reports for all departments and transfer information to our Accounting departmentMeet and greet guests as they arrive and complete check in process when required.Carry out nightly property/security checks.Analyse rate variance, monitor credit report and maintain close observation of daily house count.
Monitor selling status of house daily.In conjunction with the Rooms Division Manager, develop,



implement and monitor performance standards for operations in the department.Ensure the cleanliness standards of the resort are adhered to.We are looking for someone who can quickly establish rapport, stay calm under pressure, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
